The violations and Penalties Classification Table of Pharmaceutical and Herbal Establishments and Products Law and its Executive Regulations

This project aims to make some amendments and additions to the table’s articles and adjusting the Penalties values to be commensurate with the size and the violations impact. Moreover, increase the implement efficiency of penalties to violated establishments, and contribute to achieving the objectives of the law and its Executive Regulations to ensure Pharmaceutical and herbal products safety.
