Heritage Regulation

The Heritage Regulation aims to protect and preserve heritage in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives for which the RCU was established and commensurate with the historical value of the geographical scope and its archaeological sites, in particular: 1. Identification of elements of heritage, procedures for its registration, classification and identification of its protection areas. 2. Identify procedures, standards and requirements for the protection and preservation of heritage. 3. Activate, manage and preserve heritage sites as tourist and cultural destinations. 4. Develop a mechanism for planning and development at heritage sites. 5. Identification of the mechanism for the preparation of management plans, implementation procedures and monitoring of compliance with them. 6. Organization of field work and development of risk prevention measures. 7. Define conservation and storage procedures for heritage. 8. Licensing certain heritage activities in the geographical range.
