Designation of Markets and Dominance in Telecommunications Sector Regulation and the related report

As part of the periodic review and update of the MDDD, CST intends to conduct an in-depth evaluation of its current methodology to designate dominant service providers in the telecom markets; therefore, it will: 1- Update the regulatory framework for designation of markets and dominance issued in the year of 2010. 2- Review of all the markets under the current scope of the MDDD. 3- Evaluate the current competitive dynamics in the Kingdom’s telecom market. As a result, CST will issue an updated version of the regulatory framework and report.
