Executive Regulation for The Geographical Indications Protection Law

In implementation of Article (26) of the Geographical Indications Protection Law, which stipulated that the Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property shall issue the executive regulations within (180) days from the date of publication of the Law. The draft regulation aims to establish detailed and operational rules for the provisions of the Law.
