National Frequency Plan

The purpose of this public consultation is to provide relevant interested parties with an opportunity to submit their views and comments on the revised NFP. The revisions to this document are in four main areas: - Revisions to the articles, which sets out the structure and purpose of the document, alignment with international and national frameworks, the user categories, and the way in which the NFP is governed. - Changes to the structure of the NFAT, in terms of the included international and national footnotes, categories of user access, information on usage, and inclusion of notes and references to other documents. - Changes of spectrum access to reflect national needs and evolving demands for spectrum access in the Kingdom. - Updates to the content of band allocations, to reflect current international agreements as set out in the ITU Radio Regulations.
