Marina Design and Operation Regulation

This regulation aims to establish the terms, conditions and procedures regulating the activity of designing and operating the marinas within the geographical scope. It includes the minimum requirement to design and operate the marine with a consideration of the health, safety, security and environment to obtain the license.
