Halathon Challenge
The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), in cooperation with Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), launched Halathon Challenge, which lasts for two days with the participation of a number of entities with the aim of supporting innovation, developing and improving the Kingdom’s ambulance services.
To find creative solutions that contribute to making a quantum leap in the Kingdom’s ambulance sector and improve its services by mixing such services with more innovations and technological methods. In addition, SRCA was keen, by launching Halathon, to engage society in creating such creative and innovative solutions through six tracks, namely (developing ESEFNI App, determining caller location, documentation and monitoring, vehicle maintenance, operational sustainability of ambulance journey and Restoring Family Links “RFL” Program), adding that SRCA deems that diversified thinking and benefiting from the Kingdom’s innovators through Halathon ides will be reflected positively on its services and ability to achieve its objectives.
